Iain Mckenny is director and co-founder of Profile Investment and heads its legal analysis division. Profile Investment is a third-party litigation funding firm. Iain spent his formative years as a disputes lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and subsequently Latham & Watkins in London and Paris. Prior to founding Profile Investment in 2018 with Alain Grec, Iain was general counsel of disputes and subsequently managing director at Vannin Capital.

Prior to joining the Center he was a Partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he advised on corporate and financial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
